At our organisation, we believe that every individual has a unique story shaped by the barriers they've faced in education and the workplace. Many of our team members have these challenges firsthand, particularly in higher education and the workplace, where traditional learning methods often overlook the needs of neurodiverse individuals. We recognize that there are diverse ways to approach tasks, and those who are neurodiverse often possess exceptional problem-solving skills that can enhance productivity.
